General Information
The Dutch RS500 Class Association and Watersportvereniging Wolphaartsdijk are organizing the event at Jachthaven Bruinisse from August 5th to August 9th. The RS Feva Worlds will occur the preceding week at the same location.
Event documents and notices will be posted on the noticeboard.
International Membership: Participation in the event requires membership in the international RS500 class association. Members of national RS500 class associations are automatically international members.
Charter boats are available from RS Sailing and reservations can be made here.
Entry Fee covers participation in races and social events. Late entry closes on August 1st.
Road trailers can be parked on the premises in a specified area for an additional fee of 10 euros.
Arrival and Registration
Upon arrival at the Marina, proceed to Gate 6. This gate will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00. If it is closed, continue to the parking area at Aquavitesse and contact a member of the organization.
At the Marina, follow the route to the boat unloading zone. To avoid queues, please keep the unloading time as brief as possible. After unloading, take your road trailer to the trailer park and park your car in the parking area outside the marina (refer to the ground plan).
Registration will occur in the event tent. Please present your mainsail for inspection initially, then proceed to the registration desk. Confirm that your payment and membership are completed prior to registering.
Safety
You will receive a sticker with your sailnumber, please place this on the trolley. We request you to use your own trolley during the event. If trolley is left on the beach, we know by the number on the sticker which boat is missing.

BBQ and Dinner Information
In your event bag, you’ll find wristbands for both the BBQ and Dinner. Please make sure to wear the correct wristband for each event. Here are the details:
- BBQ: Monday evening at 19:00 in the tent in the Marina
- Dinner: Wednesday evening at 19:00 in the tent in the Marina
If you’d like to purchase additional tickets for either the BBQ or Dinner, you can do so during registration for €17.50 per person per event.
Event Ground Plan
- Tent: The large tent located centrally in the event area is designated for registration and social gatherings.
- Race Office: Situated at the entrance, it will serve as the headquarters for the race committee and the protest room.
- Boat Park: With limited space, the boat park will feature a predetermined layout.
- Launching Area: Access to the launching area will be through the gate adjacent to the boat park, leading to the beach.
- Car Parking: Parking for cars is available outside the perimeter fence, adjacent to the event area. Parking on the Marina is prohibited.
- Roadtrailer Park: Area for roadtrailers on the Marina.
